How ofter are languages updated?

I'd like to know how often are cPanel languages updated, and if there's some status panel displaying the completeness of translations. I use the Spanish es_es locale (Español de España) and it seems the translation hasn't been updated in ages.

Particularly, the email accounts page, which has been renewed I think 1-2 years ago, it's still 100% in English.

I know how to translate it but I wonder if there's something wrong with my install, and maybe previous language customizations are preventing me from getting language upgrades? Or is it simply not translated yet?

There aren't automated updates for this right now and it hasn't been updated in some time. I did look through our cases though and found that there is an update coming in v92 of cPanel & WHM for all language translations to be automated along with an updated Spanish translation.
