As per your given screenshot your archive file not in correct manner that's why you face this issue. Please check archive directory proper format or not.

Could you verify if the source server has sufficient disk space available and that the hard drive is operating as expected (e.g. no major errors in /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg)?
