    Hello :)

Accessing the website using the http://IP/~username sometimes may not work as expected, especially if the application is configured with the domain name . In such cases, it is always better to skip the DNS resolution process by adding a host entry. A typical hosts file entry will contain the IP address and the domain names as given below

    xx.xx.xx.xx www.domain.com domain.com

The configuration file for the popular operating systems is given below

    Linux : /etc/hosts
    Windows : c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
    Mac : /private/etc/hosts

    Hello,

you can try /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf to reassign the dedicated IP to the domain and then restart apache and check if that works.

    Hello,

I suggest modifying the hosts file on your computer to temporary point the domain name to the IP address associated with your server:

hosts (file) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Otherwise, could you verify no other accounts are assigned the dedicated IP address?

    Thank you.
