    Hello Friends

I have clarification regarding my dedicated server remote backup.

I have a dedicated server installed with WHM/Cpanel VPS license. My hosting company provided the backup space with login credentials. But when i access backup space via FTP client (Filezilla), I am unable to connect it.

When i ask them in this regard, they replied that can able to access via only internal network. Here is reply which i received from them.

1.What does they mean internal network?
2.How can i access backup space using internal network?

    Please help me.

    With regards
    Divya

Take a look at "putty proxy" via port tunneling that will let you connect first to your VPS and then to the backup machine.
