A lot of help is provided here but I could not find an answer to this. Everyone says go to 'tweak settings' and I do not have that link anywhere in my WHM ?

Are you looking in the WebHostManager (WHM) or cPanel interface? WHM handles the server wide settings and you must have root access. cPanel is only site specific and you can't tweak server settings.

My guess is that you don't have root access to WHM but instead are a reseller and your host has only provided you with limited options in WHM?

Otherwise, it should be plainly visible by going to http://yourmainserverip/whm - log in as root and you should see it under the Server Configuration section.
