How to Access Webmail outside of cPanel?

I have trawled through all the docs and this forum to find out what URL to use to access webmail from outside cPanel.
Nothing at all explains how to do this.
It is not obvious.
i dont intend giving all my account holders access to cPanel just so they can read their webmail.

What is the answer please?
