how to access whm files using ssh rescue mode

hi, I am very new on whm and cpanel. I accidentally blocked all countries in cphulk.

I am following this guide:

I already entered onn my vps rescue mode but when i enter any commands from the link above, for example:
rm /var/cpanel/hulkd/enabled


It shows an error:
rm: cannot remove '/var/cpanel/hulkd/enabled': No such file or directory

I also tried mounting to all partitions, but all failed.
How can i access whm files using ssh rescue mode? Thanks

Hey there! Rescue mode likely isn't going to be the best way to resolve this issue. Does your hosting provider offer a browser-based SSH client that you can connect with? If so, I wouldn't expect that type of connection to be blocked.

If you aren't able to access the machine in any other way but rescue mode, you may need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter as they would still have physical access to the server to help clear that issue.
