:) Hi I'm new in cpanel and web creating. We have an account/domain on cpanel and we would like to have a link that someone can send an image file with us through the server. We are in photography industry, for example if someone is out of the contry or someone has no time to drop by our studio and they have a photo that they want to work with us, then they can send it through our website. I already made a HTML FORM with PHP link but it gives me an error.

    here is the erro:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(uploads/apache_pb2.gif) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/studioec/public_html/pccs/upload_file.php on line 26

it come to my mind that the permission denied because the server is locked and maybe need some codes of opening like database. I tried it with my localhost and its working fine.

thank you in advance for your response. God bless.

Looks like uploads or functions might be disabled inside php.ini
