    Hi,

We want our group of plugins to have their own menu group in WHM.
The idea is rather than them all listed under plugins to have them have their own separate group.

Can you please guide me on how to do this? Unfortunately, I can't find any documentation.

    Hi Michael,

I followed the guide and it seems to work.
But it seems every once in a while cpanel overwrites this file (probably after update)

Is there any way to make the changes permanent?

    Thank you.

You should be able to copy the existing WHM theme to a new one, and utilize the custom dynamicui.conf file with the new theme so that it's not overwritten. The following document will help you with this:

Tutorial - Customize the WHM User Interface with CSS - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Otherwise, you could setup a script or command to edit the dynamicui.conf file and ensure it runs after every cPanel update as part of a post upcp script hook:

Guide to Standardized Hooks - System Functions - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

There's also an example of how to use a post upcp script hook at:

SOLVED - HELO name problem on roundcube

    Thank you.
