how to add another/custom php extension that not listed?

    Hi guys, this is existed cloudlinux extension selector :

    cloudlinux extension selector complete.jpg

    but how to add another/custom extension that not listed here?
    i want to add the customextension.so file in the php.ini

    which php.ini that i need to use?
    is it this? : /var/cagefs/01/username/etc/cl.php.d/alt-php53/alt_php.ini




    please share your experience
