I am trying to let only one of the domain client in my server to use the SMTP service (the rest of the domain stay with no SMTP service).

I have checked the Cpanel Admin > Service Manager > exim on another port. But there is no control to allow which client can have the privilege to use ths SMTP.

    Any suggestion. Thx.

    Go on, have a guess
That's not something you can control within WHM. You'll have to look into reconfiguring exim.conf so that it does not check the files that antirelayd uses and filter out usernames that authenticate using SMTP AUTH. Unless someone has already done the work for you and has a ready made solution, you'll have to go to http://www.exim.org and learn how it all hangs together.
