How do we allow our resellers to change the diskspace and bandwidth notification emails that are sent at 80% usage, etc?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

In the WHM there is a option Tweak Settings under Server Configuration section. You can enable notification E-Mail for reseller from Tweak Settings.

    Hello,

Yes, I know how to enable the feature. Thanks.

What I am asking is how to allow our resellers to modify the email templates that are sent to the account owners.

    Thanks.

The templates are located in /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates.

Copy the appropriate directories to /var/cpanel/templates in order to modify them.

At this time we don't provide support for per-reseller customizations for these templates. It is on the agenda as part of an over-haul of branding and notification however.

    OK, thanks.

Any eta on when this might be ready? (ie: 1 year? 2 years? Or is it still just in the "to do" list with no timeline/schedule?)
