How to auto-create a Spam-Filter-Rule for newly added Email-Accounts?

Hello,

currently all of our cPanel-users need to create a spam-filter-rule for each newly added mail-account.

It would be better, if we could setup a pre-defined spam-filter-rule that will be added automatically to each newly created account.

When looking for a solution, my server-provider replied and pointed me here:

Is there anybody who has ever created such a solution and would be willing to share it here with us?
