    Hello,

Can somebody tell me how to backup and restore the mailing lists?

I found it is probably located in:
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/

However, I do not see any files there contain the email address of subscribers.

Does Cpanel backup it automatically? What files contain subscribers' emails and how to backup it?

    Thanks for your hlep.

Are you sure about this? What MySQL database (i.e. database name, user names, passwords etc.)? Where is the database?

    Thanks.

I just noticed that mailman is backed up. Go into your backup directory, move to cpbackup/daily(or weekly or monthly)/dirs/ and the backup should be in there.

Here is how to do it (need root access):

    cd /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman
    bin/list_members {listname} > listname.backup

also, there is a way stated in the mailman manual using the WHO function, but it never worked for me (or i'm not running it properly)
