    Hi everyone,

My e-mails take most of space on my server, so i would like to make a backup and delete my old emails.

I'd like to know what files i'have to save and delete then??

    Thanks for your replies

    JP

You can download the emails using any email client tool at the local machine and then remove the emails from the server.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

    Hi JP,
When you download your emails to your local machine using POP3, all your email messages will be removed from the server so it should clean up by itself.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
