Best thing to do is just download them all using WinSCP

Setup FTP server locally and use remote FTP backup.
Or use something like CuteFTP Pro to locate to your server and download your backups.

With remote FTp backups there is an issue with disk space. Make sure your customers have at least as much free space as used space to make the backup work.

    Thanks,

    rsync

You can use rsync for NT to connect via ssh and mirror your cpanel backup directories - works well

    I agree. It's available, free at www.sourceforge.net

It's very easy to use and free.

Use rsync as this will keep your symlinks intact

regular ftp tends to choke on some symlinks

Maybe do them by hand or make a php script/bash script to do it for you?
