    Hi,

Someone is sending spam emails to almost all the accounts on my server. I want to block that domain or particular email id, so that no one can receive email from that account my server. Like we have User level filtering and account level filtering in cpanel, is there any other filter option in whm to set a filter globally for all the accounts on the server.

    Thanks.

How does someone know all accounts on your server?

    1) This will be helpful for NEW accounts.

WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings, Mail Tab:

Existing accounts should make sure they've got this set as well.
Select domain, select: Discard with error to sender (at SMTP time)
Type in: No Such User Here

    2) WHM > Service Configuration > Exim Configuration Manager > Basic Editor, Access Lists tab, click edit button here:

    3) Personally, I use Mailscanner and MSFE:
    MailScanner Front-End for cPanel

(if you click the 'Front end Settings' screenshot, you'll see an option for blocking emails server-wide.)

    3 options for you, HTH!
