How to block offline browsers?

    Does anyone here have a sample .htaccess file for blocking offline browsers(the kind that simply download entire sites,hogging resources and bandwidth... (such as TelePort Pro,wget...)

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Well, you'll want a mod_rewrite that checks the HTTP_USER_AGENT, so search google. However, that will only help if they announce themselves as such instead of using a Mozilla UA. It's a relatively pointless excercise.
