how to change backup time

    how could i change backup to eariler hour of the morning

    i found no entry for backup or anything related to ,

    or do i have to modfiy those lines ?

    02 4 * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.daily
    22 4 * * 0 root run-parts /etc/cron.weekly
    42 4 1 * * root run-parts /etc/cron.monthly

    In the /var/spool/cron/root file you'll see this line:
    55 2 * * * /scripts/upcp

    The time won't be the same, but that's the one you need to change because the backups are run immediately after the cpanel upgrade is done. To edit this file, go in shell and use:
    crontab -e
