How to change Exim Mail Server name?

Hello,

My server with WHM/cPanel and Exim (v4.93) has default incoming mail server name "mail.mydomain.com". I would like to change this name to something like "private123.mydomain.com" so that no one can guess my incoming mail server name. Otherwise, they can find out my mail server IP address and DDoS attack my server. Are there anyways to change this?

Btw, I am using Cloudflare service and trying to hide the mail server IP address.
