How to change password strength requirement?

Hi all. Noob question here, how do I change my password strength requirement? Currently it is set to 100? The only instructions I can find on the web are to navigate to Home --> Security Center --> Password Strength Configuration. But I can't find any "Security Center" in my cpanel home. I am using cpanel accelerated, and have a section named "Security." But in this section are only the following:

Password Protect Directories
IP Deny Manager
SSL/TLS Directories
SSH/Shell Access
HotLink Protection
Leech Protech
GnuPG Keys

Some guidance would be appreciated.

You change the settings for this via WHM, not your cPanel. If you don't have WHM access, you'll need to speak with your Hosting Provider about this.

Thanks for the reply. I suspected it would be something to do with WHM, as most of the articles I found online had a heading akin to "WHM and cpanel." I'll check with my web host.
