How To Change Psd to Skin of Cpanel/WHM ???

Hi,
I want to ask if I have a psd or flash homepage how can o change it to Cpanel/WHM skins ?? what is the size and the height and width of psd design and how to make it a professional skin ??
If I want to design a style from the beginning to the end how can I make it ?? and if I want to test the skin how can I make this and how can I install Cpanel/WHM skins ?? and I mean to make a professional work can you please help me … and how to make it for araci skin and English skine and how to translate the skins ??

Download a Tar ball of the X skin from WHM and you will see how it is made, you cannot simply upload a psd and expect it to be the worlds best skin

Downloading a tar ball and extracting it will show you exactly whats in the X Skin and is a perfect example

dont be expecting to get any X-skin psds from cpanel, last time i checked i couldnt get them either (i was legitimately porting xskin from cpanel to cpsupport) i managed to get it ported without the psd. If you want to check it out, its at brentp.info/cpsupport.
