how to change root email & hostname?

Hello,

1. In an email I see:

061F From: Mail Delivery System <Mailer-Daemon@vps.mywebsite.com>
024T To: [email protected]
059 Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
050I Message-Id: <E1GrQmV-0001zq-7G@vps.mywebsite.com>



Where can I change vps.mywebsite.com to something else, for example: ns.mywebsite.com?


2. I have just renamed my hostname to servers.mywebsites.com and the hostname is shown correctly at dnsstuff.com.

However, when I traceroute to my website, the destination is still: vps.mywebsite.com, how to change the destination address to servers.mywebsite.com?
