How to change the default email address?

Hello!
I want to change the default email.
Like from, [email protected] to [email protected]. So the PHP scripts will send it from the [email protected] address.
How could i do this?

Instead of trying to change the default email for the account, which isn't possible, it would be best to ensure your PHP scripts send messages through an authenticated user to ensure they don't get routed to spam. While that requires more work on the PHP side, it provides a better experience for the end-user in the long term.

What are you referring to when you say 'default email'
As your'e a web site owner, you can't be referring to the server default address, as you wouldn't have access to this.

So as a web site owner, what exactly is sending to whre you believe to be the default email.
If you have some software sending emails, then we couldn't advise as we wouldn't know what software you are using.

Maybe take a look in 'Contact Details' in your cpanel account.
Anything other that that might have to be requested through your host provider.
