How to change the IP address the server uses to send mail

    How do you change the IP address the server uses to send mail?

    Edit /etc/exim.conf, search for remote_smtp and add the interface line
    Code:
    remote_smtp:
      driver = smtp
      [B]interface = "your.ip.here"[/B]
    
    The new IP should have reverse, otherwise some servers will reject your mails.
