How do I check or what software is good to see if someone is sending spam e-mails?

Well, as far as I know there is not any software available to detect spammer. You have to enable extended logs in exim and keep strict watch on log that would help you to trace down spammer.

The biggest problem you face will be trying to figure out which of your legit clients are sending unwanted marketing material to people who never wanted to receive their mail.

The common way is to analyze the mail headers repeated, and then, execute a exiqgrep -if @domain | xargs exim -Mrm to that domain
