    Hi Guys,

I'm new to this forum, also I don't know much about the Cpanel Installation and configuration.

I'm installing cpanel on one of our client VPS server ( Cent OS 6 64 bit ), Earlier there was Plesk panel on the server. And there was some issue on the server configuration, we rebuilt the server and now we are installing the cpanel on our server.

We purchased the license of the server, The license got activated in few minutes. Then, I have went to the link (Step 6: Install cPanel & WHM (or cPanel DNSONLY)) and performed the below tasks.

To install cPanel & WHM, run these commands:
    cd /home — Opens the /home directory.
wget -N — Fetches the latest installation files from cPanel's servers.
sh latest — Opens and executes the installation files.

The process went on for around 3 hours and after that it stopped at a point with the below message

    2012-06-08 12:56:42 185 ( INFO): Setting up secure /tmp if possible
    2012-06-08 12:56:42 982 ( INFO): Securing the /tmp and /var/tmp directories.
    2012-06-08 12:56:42 983 (DEBUG): - ssystem [BEGIN]: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/securetmp --auto --install
    2012-06-08 12:56:42 983 (DEBUG): *** Notice *** No loop module detected
2012-06-08 12:56:42 983 (DEBUG): If the loopback block device is built as a module, try running `modprobe loop` as root via ssh and running this script again.
2012-06-08 12:56:42 983 (DEBUG): If the loopback block device is built into the kernel itself, you can ignore this message.

And after some time the ssh access broke down. Now, I'm not aware of how to check whether the cpanel installation is completed successfully or not. So, that I can go to the next step of configuring the website and system.

Also, If the cpanel is installed successfully. How do I access it. I did google search on it. And tried following methods to access the cpanel.

nothing worked for me, I'm not sure how to check that as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you Guys.
