How to Clean mailing list

I bought a Reseller Hosting from <REMOVED> I have few user who are using mailing list. The issue is that their mailing list archive file is now so huge and occupied all my VPS space. How can I clean these files from WHM or Cpanel? Is there a way to prevent archive file and auto delete it after a certain size for all cpanel account.

I'd first suggest that your users download their archives if they want to keep them. List archival options can be found in Mailman's mailing list administrator Archiving options section should they want to configure the archives differently or stop archiving.

You can also remove files in the archive space - all mailman archives are stored here: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/archives/private/mailinglistname_domain.tld
