My client is a parent company that will have a site, and will set the standard for certain styles, provide some images, and have some pages that will be used on each of many franchisee sites.
To give the parent company the control they want, I will create each of the franchise sites as an addon, as this keeps control of the email accounts, forwarding, and so forth with the parent company's cpanel. That part seems to work fine.
Is there a way to make a "virtual subdirectory" in each of the addon/subdomains so that all can share a single set of CSS and other common files? Or do I have to use cross-domain includes in my code? Or any other ideas?
Thanks - Bill
