Ok, I have a key, created in Manage SSH Keys

What a next step to connect in SSH with this key?

You should just connect normally after you have added the key within your ssh client, the process for which is different among ssh clients. If you don't know how to do that I would suggest taking a look at google or telling us what client you use.
