Is this when trying to approve/disapprove messages and such? rm the lockfile referenced in the error message.

solve that error by

in WHM goto cpanel 4 -& upgrade cpanel software

Upgrading the Cpanel will solve the problem

Run

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/check_perms

Any problems there?
you can fix as root with the & -f & flag.... but use that at your own risk.

Most likely this is related to permissions w/ apache instead, but it's worth a shot.

Is this a suexec box?

That might matter later, but first do the check_perms thing.........

And what is in your apache root error_log when the lovely troubles are spawned?

I also want to know what the problem is, I get the same error but have no errors when running that script, any help would be thanked.
