in WHM goto cpanel 4 -& upgrade cpanel software

Upgrading the Cpanel will solve the problem

Any problems there?
you can fix as root with the & -f & flag.... but use that at your own risk.

Most likely this is related to permissions w/ apache instead, but it's worth a shot.

Is this a suexec box?

I am currently getting the same thing so would be interested in a solution.
