How to create a global whitelist?

    AS detailed in this old thread, I'd like to create a global whitelist for my server.

    How do I go about finding and then editing local.cf ?

    Do you have a particular reason for wanting a whitelist? If it was just because it seems like a good idea, they're not really needed these days - can't remember when we last had to whitelist someone.

    Has cPanel made any part of this part of the distribution? Spamassassin is very much distribution-specific and there are many ways to get it to play, MailScanner through ConfigServer being one of them (and Jonathan from there could do what you want, I'm sure).
