I have a client that would like to create a sub domain inside a sub domain. IE: http://sub.sub.cpanel.net

He did this on one server by creating a add on domain. IE: he would add sub.sub as a addon domain.

This worked until we upgraded and moved him to a new server. Now these domains (and any new domains) aren't working.

How can he create these sub domains?

Well, you wouldn't make that as an addon domain.

cPanel > Sub-domains > Select "sub.domain.com" from the list and make "sub2" in that and you will have:

    sub2.sub.domain.com

If you need some more help, PM me or post on this topic as I'm watching it, and I will make some screen pictures for you.
