    Hello,

    We are facing with awstat. We are not able to see awstat for a user in cpanel.

    When we click on awstat option in cpanel then we see:

    There are no domains which have awstats stats to display.

    Please lets know how to create awstat file for a particular user.

    Thank you

    In cPanel click on "Chose log programs" and from there select the AWStats for all domain/subdomains that you want. Click save and wait for logs to be generated (it can take up to 48 hours).

    Well.

    To me was resolved as follow:

    1 - Go to /home/cpaneluser/tmp/awstats;

    2 - Try to find file awstats.domain.conf(it should not exist);

    3 - copy that file from another cpanel account to that directory;

    4 - change filename;

    5 - open the file and change references to another account. save it;

    6 - change file owner and file group(if needed);

    Done.
