I've been looking for it all over the web. There is this function to "restore" cpmove file yet there is no function to create cpmove files. What is the problem?

I search for cpmove in whm and couldn't find it.

I used move account features and many add on domains and all email forwarders are not transfered :( No error issue.

You can create cpmove files from root SSH

    Code:
    /scripts/pkgacct USERNAME
Replace USERNAME with the username that you want to backup.

pkgacct | Package a cPanel account

But how do you make a cpmove backup if you want to backup every user on the server at once?

Here's one way to do it:

    for i in `ls /var/cpanel/users`; do /scripts/pkgacct $i; done

Thanks. And how would you specify where you want to back up the files to? I'll be backing them up to an internal harddrive

There is a built in backup function in WHM-> Backup-> Configure Backup
    why don't you use that?
