How to create email address on www subdomain

    Hello :)

    It's important to note that, by default, "www" is not a subdomain. What steps did you take to make it a subdomain name on your account? It's typically not something you can alter without root access to your server.

    Hello,

    By default "www" is not subdomain in cpanel. "www.domain.com" is alise name of your main domain.

    If you have root access for your server then you need to change httpd.conf file. In that you need to remove alise name i.e. www.domain.com then you need to add "www" as subdomain from your cpanel.

    Once you create subdomain then you can easily add email ID as "user@www.domain.com". Please note "www" directory also created under domain home directory and you did not access your main domain with www.domain.com. you need to set redirection or copy same content under www subdomain.

    But it's not proper way to do that, can you please let us know why you want such email ID
