Hello :)

You will need to contact your data center or hosting provider and request they setup RDNS for your IP addresses. You can only add these records yourself if your data center/hosting provider has delegated this ability to your server. If that's the case, there is a guide on this here:

i follow that document but i getting error

Could you let us know if you contacted your data center/network provider to ensure they have delegated this ability to your server?

@cPanelMichael sir how to create rdns sir .. when i change the ns1.domain.com and ns2.infovee.com ips when i changed
getting output
root@gold [~]# host 10.0.0.10
Host 10.0.0.10.in-addr.arpa/PTR/IN domain.com
sir
but when i changed nameserver ips my theme not attached with whmcs ....help me..
now i am using nameserver ips (8.8.8.8) (8.8.4.4)
when i changed ip 10.0.0.10 the theme not attached with whmcs...

We must first establish that you have been delegated the ability to setup a RDNS record by your host/data center before we can assist you further. Otherwise, setting up the record on your server will not make a difference. Could you let us know if you contacted your data center/network provider to ensure they have delegated this ability to your server?
