How do I delete accounts not associated with any domain?

How do I delete accounts not associated with any domain?

Not sure I understand, when you create an account you must use a domain name, even if it's a fake domain name for testing purposes. Where is your rogue account listed at? I take it it's not showing in List Accounts in WHM.
