how to deny apache bench in apache config file?

    some one use apache bench to perform some kind of DoS attach to my webserver
    is there any way to forbidden such kind of request ?

    Depending on how the request occurred, you could block using mod_security for a set rule to deny that type of activity. Otherwise, you might try using mod_qos to limit connections (mod_qos). Both options are available to compile in WHM > EasyApache (Apache Update) or by root SSH running "/scripts/easyapache" command.
