How to deny mail with subject in exim ?

Dear All:

In my mailserver (exim), I want to deny some particular subject mail for my server.

How to config in exim ?

Or use other tools?

Hypothesis I don't want to run Mailscanner. :p

Please help me. Thanks so much!! :)
