    Hi

You can disable the Jail shell access through:

WHM >>Account Functions>> Manage Shell Access

You need the click on disabled option to disable the jailshell.

Actually, am having problem with fixquota reporting the amount of space used by double also I need to clear up some space in virtfs too.

    1. As for quota, i tried disable the shell access and ran fixquota but it reports the same double then actual usage

    2. I have some jailshell users in the past and the accounts has been removed. I've read posts saying that removing them could kill the server. So, how do I do spring cleaning for old jailshell users?
