I'd like to use blue lagoon for my clients Cpanel. But I also want to offer only certain accounts, mysql and or carts, etc. Some I may want to offer Urchin, others not.

Is it just a matter of cloning a theme, removing the various options and uplaoding the theme with a different name?

It would be nice if this was an option in create a new package.

I would just clone it and keep the features you want installed, and delete the links to the ones you dont. Your way is probably the best.
