i know this is strange, I've disabled default ID globally in past, this option doesn't even show up on cpanel at user end,

but don't know how one account is getting loads of mails on default ID which is causing problem to user who forwards all his incoming mail elsewhere

can someone show me way to check and remove this catch all for this user.

    Thanks for your time.
