    Hello,
    I Have Shared Hosting And I Want Disable Creating .core Files Via Apache And PHP ( OS : CENTOS 6 )

    I Used The Option In WHM > Tweak Setting But Doest Not Work For Apache And PHP

    I Found This :

    nano /etc/security/limits.conf

    Make sure the following config directive exists:

    * hard core 0

    nano /etc/sysctl.conf

    Add line :

    fs.suid_dumpable = 0

    nano /etc/profile

    Add Line :

    ulimit -S -c 0 > /dev/null 2>&1

    IS IT OK ?

    Can i use above commands and are they safe to use ?

    Hello :)

    Have you considered reviewing the Core files to see why they are generating? What type of server is this (e.g. VPS, Dedicated)?

    Thank you.
