    Hello All,

I've met a lot of people with issues like "How to disable IPv6 completely? - IPv6 is showing errors - IPv6 preventing me from making outside connections through MySQL or Apache or whatever".

So I've made a small bash script to disable IPv6 completely from Apache, MySQL, Exim, SSH, Pure-FTPD, Network, Kernel, IP6Tables, hope that helps anyone who have the same issue.

USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK

    GitHub:
    github.com/mmagdy88/bash/blob/master/disable_ipv6.sh

If you've faced any issues or have any comments or modifications, kindly let me know and I will be more than happy to help.

If this topic is against forum rules, you can remove it.

    Best Regards,

    Hello :)

Direct edits to the configuration files for FTP and Exim are not preserved through updates. Information on how to preserve changes to the FTP configuration is available at:

FTP FAQ - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Information on how to preserve Exim configuration changes is available at:

How to Edit the /etc/exim.conf File - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

Also, ensure you review the following document for information on advanced Apache configuration:

Advanced Apache Configuration - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation

    Thank you.
