How to disable Leech Protect and diagnose server crashing?

Hello all,

I'm having three problems that I hope you can help with:

a) How do I stop and disable Leech Protect? I'm not talking about disabling Leech Protect for a specific directory nor am I talking about hiding the Leech Protect icon from users in cPanel. I want to stop the Leech Protect service

b) My server has been regularly crashing due to excess CPU load. I'm trying to figure out why. Any tips?

c) I see this in my error_log, how can I fix it:
