How to disable mail forward option

Hi
I have around 300 company mail ids. I am facing a new problem that some of the users are enabled forwarding option for their personnel email ids. Is there any way to block the forwarding option to all our email ids through cpanel? I am the administrator for the cpanel.

You can try disabling this in "feature" list.
