I have installed mod_security on my server.
I want this disabled for a specific domain name. But the problem is domain is not pointed to this server and I am using IP/~username to access the test site and getting caught by mod_security.
Disabled mod_sec works fine if I try to access via domain name (By editing local hosts file).
But I want, Ip/~username excluded from mod_sec check for the same user.
    Any suggestions?
