I am running a shared hosting company and have lots of websites hosted on a couple of cpanel servers. The users are able to access the SSL manager in the cpanel. However, I want to disallow them the access. I already have the Allow cPanel users to install SSL Hosts if they have a dedicated ip disabled. The websites are on shared IP. How do I disallow them from creating CSR and private key and installing certificates?

I found it. It is in the Feature Manager in WHM.

Yes, the Feature Manager controls almost all the options that users have in cpanel. If you ever want to enable/disable an option, the Feature Manager is the best way to do that.
