I had my update config set to stable release and it update the mySQL version to 5.0.24, now it keeps crashing some of my tables. I repaired and optimized my tables only to find out the it crashed again...and this went on and on...It only happened about 2 days ago.

With 5.0.22 my site was working flawlesly...

If it's possible to downgrade to mySQl version, can somebody please guide me...a step by step instruction will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Is there more info about this?
    I have the same question.
MySQL sites gives general instructions as to how to do this but are there specifics for cpanel and/or php5?
